I called very early in the morning and he was the only attorney who answered right away. He gave me counseling regarding bailing out a family member. He was honest and clear. His price was reasonable. Lower price than the other 2 attorneys I had contacted regarding writ services. (He didn’t charge me for counseling). I will go to him if i need any future legal service.

My experience with James and his firm was above and beyond what I expected. He stayed in constant contact and always kept me up to date with what was happening with my case. I couldn't recommend James enough. Very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. If I ever need a lawyer again he will be my first call.

Tony Vitz is one of the best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have had several DWIs and got out of most of them, but they cared about lining their pockets not helping the client prevent future mishaps with the law. Tony took the time to help me find help and got me involved with IOp/SOP so that I can understand why I was drinking and who it hurt. He stood by my side every step of they way. I now don’t drink and have not for the past 5 years. I have him to thank that I am not in prison. Because of his compassion and willingness to help people, I am now a seccussful business owner and help others with their problems. Thank you Tony for all you do and helping not only people but the community. If you are serious about finding the right person to guide you back on the right track I recommend contacting Tony. Tony is a GREAT lawyer but, not only that. I thought he was a great guy all around. Real responsive to all of my texts, calls and everything. Another thing I liked about him also was that he had a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to anybody who needs a lawyer. I had gotten into a bit of trouble and was not aware of having a warrant out for my arrest until another attorney besides James Rogers notified me. I ended up hiring her and for three months she did not do a single thing in my case and even advised me to not turn myself in for the warrant unless she was with me. I called Mr Rogers for a second opinion and received more answers from him in that initial conversation than I did within the three months of having hired the other attorney. He advised me to go to a Bailbondsman and then turn myself in and I was out within an hour and a half. Mr. Rogers has been extremely dedicated and understanding in my situation and even answered a call from me while out of town. (I didn’t know, but how many people answer business calls out of town?) He is willing to go above and beyond to do what is best for you in the long run and it is very comforting knowing I have someone on my side that has my back. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone that is in need of legal representation and I would not not hesitate.
