James got all my charges dropped

Tony was absolutely amazing, such a caring and kind man. He helped get me into a Veteran Program that was able to remove my charges from my record and save me thousands in fines....I am very glad I was referred to Tony and would recommend him to anyone needing legal help!

From the moment I reached out to Vitz law office, I was treated with dignity, respect and most importantly, as an individual human being. Any time I had a question, it was answered promptly and professionally. When it was all said and done and I told others about the outcome, the response I got was, "You must have had a good lawyer!". I sure did!

Honestly, I cannot believe I am even writing this review. I say that because never in a million reasons would I ever think that I would need an Attorney/Lawyer. I am they type of person that knows the laws and obeys them. However, life threw me a curve ball and here I am. If you are looking for an Attorney that cares, listens and acts please contact James Rogers Jr. When this all started for me I was contacted by about 30 law offices. I called several offices to get an appointment to explain my case and find out what my options were. All but a hand full that I called did not want to take my appointment for one reason or another. Ill be honest, several law offices were rude. When you have never had legal troubles and you really need someone to listen and comfort you its troubling to realize that so many Attorney/Lawyers are just in it for the money. I contacted Mr. Rogers office and they immediately set an appointment with me. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I sat with Mr. Rogers talking about my situation for about an hour. He never once looked at his watch or made me feel he had other things to tend to. Once I finished telling him about my case he was very thorough in discussing the options I had. He spoke in such a calming manner that I knew I could trust him to get the job done! I stress that he spoke to me in a calming manner because he mentioned to me that he would have to reach out to the other party involved in my case. I knew that he would be able to talk to that person without seeming rude or pushy. All the other offices I had contacted before him would have made my situation worse just by the tone and inflection in their voice. He will also fight for you! When it finally came down to my court appearance he was fighting to make sure I could get the best deal. We went back and forth on my case trying to get the best deal possible. I highly recommend James Rogers! He is extremely easy to approach, very knowledgeable, doesn't cast judgment and is kind. He gave me his personal cell number and insisted on me using if I had any questions or needs. So as you can tell...HE CARES. I am grateful to have him on my side.

Mr. Rogers is an incredible attorney, I will absolutely use him again if need be. He is very well known in the law arena in Collin county. Went above and beyond on making sure I understood all of my options and even went out of his way when he did not need to. He really helped me out a lot and I am very satisfied with him and his team.

Tony was always available, helpful and had our back! We always felt comfortable discussing anything with him and appreciated his support and honesty! We trust Tony and really pleased with his office!

WOW...There are no words to describe how amazing James and his team are. From the very first contact with James, he listened and advised me on what my next step should be, all the while calming and assuring me that he would be there for me every step of the way! Finally, after anxiously waiting for 15 months for some resolution, we were informed 2 days before Thanksgiving that my case had been dismissed!!
