This attorney has no business doing some of the sensitive work he’s doing. In court when addressed by the other side in an aggressive untruthful way, I looked to my attorney to do what he’s there to do, and he was literally twiddling his thumbs looking at the ground while rocking back and forth. He’s been nothing but completely disrespectful and out of line with my family members, and he absolutely has don’t nothing to help me. He never returns calls, or has any contact.

I used Mr. Avery for my will. He was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations for provisions I never would have thought of. He was able to get my will done in a timely manner.

Hired this lawyer to seal a record. Have been trying to get a status update for 5 months and still he has not responded to calls and emails. He was quick to take my money and slow to do the work.
