Attorney Carla Alston is who you need to advise you on estate and family planning, and how to protect your personal and business assets. As a young family I wasn’t quite sure I needed to think about estate family so soon but after speaking with Carla she assured me I did so I worked to get my will and POA in place. A few years later I came back and worked with her on a trust. Carla is knowledgable, understanding, and empathetic to the unique needs of each individual. She provided me with two short books one in which she co-wrote on estate planning. Working with Carla has greatly increased my knowledge and how to care for my family long after I’m gone - so glad to have her on my side!!!

Met with Taylor as he advertises he is an elder care attorney. He did draw up our documents. They were not tailored to us as there were wrong names, as it was a form document. When we had follow up questions he was impossible to get a hold of. In actuality, it was a blessing in disguise. He doesn’t have the knowledge, we thought he did, regarding Medicaid, and elder care in general regarding the law. Speaking to a REAL elder care attorney we now know there will be no issues when my mom passes with Medicaid. Thanks for your lack of response Taylor!
