It is my pleasure to share my experiences with Willingham & Galvan. We had used Taylor Willingham several years ago to set up our trust/wills and felt he did an excellent job for us. In May of 2020 we experienced the the unthinkable. Our only son accidentally fell and hit his head on our driveway while we were watching. His brain was damaged beyond repair and he passed away two weeks later. Simply a freak accident. He was 42 recently divorced and had two daughters. He had no will. I contacted Taylor to handle probate for us and to allow me to handle the settling his estate for my Grandchildren. I ended up later working with Cindy to get everything settled. She represented me at the final court appearance to get the estate closed. Every aspect of working with Cindy went exceedingly well. She actually went the extra mile for my grandchildren by finding a bank with reduced fees to manage the money for my grandchildren. For that I will be forever grateful. Attorney Cindy Galvin helped me through the most traumatic time in my life. The loss of my mother and step father within a month of each other. Even with the backlog in the court system, Ms. Galvan handled the probating of my mother's will expeditious, and professionally. She was kind enough to handle the many tears I shed on the phone and in office. Once again, I say THANK YOU.

Excellent and competent legal knowledge. They know what they are doing and do it well. If I could make one suggestion for improvement it would be to have them be a bit more responsive to client emails and questions. Sometimes I had to ask questions multiple times before I got answers.
