Initially I hired Mr. Miranda to handle a misdemeanor family violence charge that I was falsely accused of. He got that case DISMISSED for me. After that case was resolved, I was ready to move forward with divorcing my accuser. He finalized that case for me as well. I am pleased with his representation in both cases and would highly recommend him and his staff.

Malcolm Miranda was highly recommended to me, and for good reason. I needed a combination of help: defense as I was falsely accused in a CPS a case, and also defense in a hostile divorce case. He had the legal experience to help with the all the layers. He was exactly the help that I needed!

By far this is the worst lawyer I've ever dealt with; he's repeatedly ignored my requests for vital info pertaining to my case (judgement rulings etc), misinformed me about a major court hearing AS WELL AS having my family and I wait for 4 hours at another court date only to find out he'd already rescheduled it days ago. After repeated requests for information (judge orders (any of them), son's school and sport activities as well as current case information) I have only had luck finding most this info out on my own. If you like representing yourself in court hire this attorney. If you want it done right; go somewhere else.
