Jocelyn, Becky and Cristal were all absolutely amazing! They usually answered the phone when I did have to call, which was not often as the always kept me updated with the status of my case. When I did have to leave a message the returned my call quickly. They explained everything thoroughly and were always very polite. I have never used an attorney before for an accident but I am so glad I used Thompson. Cannot recommend highly enough.
