Our practice hired Daniel Jones to help with multiple complex issues involving contracts that were detrimental to our practice. I thought we would lose our business and our home. With his expertise we were able to terminate the contracts and did not lose anything. Daniel is very knowledgeable, efficient, down to earth and was quick to respond to our endless questions. He could have easily charged us significantly more money but advised us of the most cost efficient route. I highly recommend his services.

I had a legal disagreement with another party involving non payment and a contract dispute. I wanted to see if I could resolve the issue on my own but after months of failed attempts it was clear the other party wouldn’t budge. I contacted Dan as it was clear I needed legal help collecting the money. After consulting with Dan and providing my records, he was able to find additional money I was owed. Over the course of a couple weeks Dan made full payment demand on my behalf and corresponded with the other party citing several legal case decisions in my favor. Eventually after some back-and-forth, the other party caved providing the entire full payment to me plus my attorney costs. Luckily, I was unable to resolve the matter on my own and hired Dan. Otherwise, I would’ve received much less than I was owed.

We hired Mr. Jones to probate my mother's will. He was expedient, compassionate, and very detailed. It was a pleasure having him help us during a very difficult time. I will definitely contact him in the future.

I hired Dan Jones to represent me for a highly contentious divorce, and ultimately, child custody battle. The case was extremely complex, and had variations that took a few years of fighting with my ex and her multitude of lawyers. Dan was extremely knowledgeable with regard to the law, as well as how the system works in general. He learned the ins-and-outs of my case quickly, and retained information throughout the months and years that even I had forgotten. The divorce was finalized, in favor of me, along with getting primary possession of my 2 small children (under 7 years old). Dan Jones was hired to transfer a piece of real estate property. Dan continuously answered and corresponded with all parties involved, regarding every detail of the transaction. Dan was diligient, efficient and ethical throughout the entire transaction. The transfer was successfully completed in the timeframe expected.

Dan Jones was first hired in 2007 by my husband to handle several business issues including a debt collection case, a commercial real estate leasing agreement and a shareholders agreement. When my husband passed away recently I hired him to probate the will. He was efficient and knowledgeable and handled all the details at such a stressful time. Highly recommend.

I have been using Daniel for a number of years when needed and he has been very fair to our company. He offers good advice based on what is best for us, not just what is best for billing.

Talked to this guy today and before really taking any consideration of my situation he said "you probably can't afford me anyways." Just, wow. You have no idea what I can afford, but I can certainly decide where to spend my money. I obviously expect to spend a good amount of money on a lawyer, but this would not seem like a wise investment.
