First I would like to say Irma in the office was by far the best. In moments where I was anxious or concerned she made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. My attorney was Ryan King. From the beginning he was knowledgeable and straight forward. He made sure that I understood how the process was going and what I needed to do. He got me the best arrangement for my charges and I definitely came away pleased. What made the experience A+ was that no matter where at in the process I was at Mr. king has always taken time to call or set up appointments to talk. I would 10/10 recommend Ryan King for anyone that needs legal assistance.

I have worked with Vanita several times over the years. I must say I have never been disappointed! Hence the reason I’ve come back when I had the need. Very rude and arrogant staff, I spoke with Irma to schedule a consultation, was told there would be a $625 consultation fee due to the circumstances of my case. When asked why or if any research would be done for that fee, the response I received was: “Call us when your financial situation changes”. Extremely rude. My financial situation is fine doesn’t mean I’m going to throw my money away, seems like they are money hungry and the price would be outrageous so not going to waste my time or money on the 30 minute $625 consultation. Update to response: I did not rush at all or ask to be scheduled immediately or not once said the word “emergency”. Every single attorney in the state of Texas is more than willing to give an indication of what the fees are prior to taking any “consultation fee”. Anyway, it’s more of the way your staff talks to people than anything, I should be addressed with the same respect that I am giving when having a conversation. She doesn’t know my financial situation to make any comments like she did.

Reynie did an amazing job defending me in my case, got my case dismissed even though I hired him late in the process. I highly recommend his legal services for anyone in need. Very professional law firm overall.
