I recently used Mr. Kent services. He was able to get my Case dismissed of stalking. Had a leg monitor on he had got that removed. He was able to prove that there was no evidence for my case. And in the end dismissed. Thank you kent for your services I will recommend you to anyone.

We are grateful to Luce Law for taking on a pressing problem that had enmeshed us. They communicated regularly with updates as the situation grew into a civil lawsuit which we gladly filed under the advice of Luce Law. Our trust was based on their legal capabilities and their caring concern. We also anticipated an early settlement. The lawsuit was of two parts. The first part involved sequestration of the object of the lawsuit, a truck, and this was a brilliant move by Luce Law early in the game. In a small way we actually participated in this and worked hard to find and provide a house address that was deliberately concealed by the defense. The most notable relief from this part was the lifting of the liability threat of defendant-caused truck accidents when we obtained possession of the truck from the defendant. This was huge. The second part of the lawsuit was a drawn out process that lasted many more months. The strategy was complicated by a lawyer for the defense who worked pro bono, and it slowly became clear to us that the defendant had little incentive to mediate. This was apparently a rare situation that we felt we could have benefited from by proactive discussion with Luce Law. The legal approach eventually worked and the lawsuit was settled. Overall we are happy with the result because Luce Law lifted a weight that lay heavily on our shoulders and led to an acceptable settlement. We had prayed that justice would be served and Luce Law enabled that. 4.5 stars out of 5.

I can’t say enough bout Kent’s work he put in for me. At first he was court appointed to me in 2017 and did a great job. So In 2021 I had caught my 3rd dwi and had already been to Tdc 3x. So they hit me with another 25-99 big habitual. I was worried like hell. Kent reassured me that I was in good hands. With gods blessing and Kent working his magic he got all enhancements dropped and got me a 3yr sentence. Not bad for my unfortunate 4th Tdc trip

I paid Attorney Brian Anderson in full on 12/3/21 $4,500 to assist my mother in qualifying for Medicaid, hoping for a smooth and efficient process. Unfortunately, my experience with his services has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. From the beginning, Attorney Anderson demonstrated a lack of competence and failed to deliver on any of the promises made during our initial consultation. He failed to carry out the necessary steps and did not meet any of the agreed-upon milestones. One of the most glaring issues was Attorney Anderson's failure to set up the Qualified Income Trust (QIT) as required for my mother's Medicaid application. Without the QIT, my mother would never qualify for Medicaid in the first place. This crucial step should have been the top priority but was neglected entirely. Because of this, my mother's initial Medicaid application was initially DENIED! He did not suggest or initiate any changes to move my mother's property deed to protect her assets, a critical strategy to optimize her eligibility for Medicaid. Moreover, he did not thoroughly review her financial situation to outline a viable path for qualification, leaving us without any clear direction. Attorney Anderson recreated documents that I already had in place from a previous attorney, and I had even sent him copies of these documents. Despite this, he disregarded the existing paperwork and created redundant documents, causing unnecessary confusion and delays. Moreover, his lack of communication and failure to provide updates throughout the entire process left us in the dark about the status of my mother's case. This lack of accountability and professionalism only added to our mounting frustration and anxiety. It is evident that he is nothing but a glorified Template Attorney who merely copies and pastes clients' information onto his document archive. This lack of personalized attention and genuine effort further highlights his incompetence and disregard for the unique needs of his clients. To date, despite paying him, he has not delivered anything as promised. We entrusted him with my mother's Medicaid application and provided him ample time to fulfill his duties, but he failed us in every way possible. Given his failure to fulfill his obligations, we had to seek legal counsel elsewhere to rectify the situation. It is incredibly disheartening to see such negligence and incompetence, especially when dealing with a matter as vital as Medicaid qualification. I strongly advise anyone considering Attorney Brian Anderson's services for Medicaid application assistance to reconsider. This attorney has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and unable to fulfill the basic requirements of his profession. Our experience has been extremely negative, and we are now facing additional stress and costs to rectify the situation caused by his negligence. It is crucial to thoroughly research and choose an attorney with a proven track record and a genuine commitment to their clients. Sadly, Attorney Brian Anderson did not live up to even the most basic expectations, leaving us deeply dissatisfied and in a worse position than before and almost 2 years later. Please take this review as a cautionary tale and avoid Attorney Brian Anderson's services for your Medicaid application needs.
