I was referred to this attorney through my brother who is also an attorney. A peer reference is always excellent. They handled my husband's claim with social security. I spoke with Mark at length on the phone and he agreed the case had merit. Then the rest of my dealings were with Natalie Hall. I have worked in customer service my whole life. I know how you should treat clients. Believe me customer service is a dying art. Anyway Natalie was excellent, beyond excellent. Kind, patient, wise, knows all the answers to my questions. My particular case was handled quickly by the government. I would refer anyway with a disability claim to this law firm. I can't stress enough how kind they were. I was not a file number. These cases are difficult enough for the family so you don't need an attorney who doesn't make time for you. These guys are great.

Mark Underwood was a great attorney for me and has helped get throught this difficult situation. One of the reason I chose him was because he listened and made sure he was there through the whole process of court especially of not understanding the process of court system and the big words which does not make sense to me. I would recommend him because he offered an a reasonable cost of hiring him and first meeting was free consultation. Definitely I will rehire for any circumstances.
