Excellent lawyer representation on a fraudulent CPS claim filed by one neighbor against the other. They were able to resolve the situation quickly and helped reduce the stress level on the woman wrongly accused.

It is too long but every single word describes how bad was this person. I hired him for 3rd degree felony which was completely misunderstanding, as my wife said something to the police while she meant something else . When I get arrested she hired Scott by herself. And I think that any lawyer would love nothing more than to find the accused and the victim together on the same side. After he took half of the fees upfront he asked both of us to come to his office separately in two different meetings times, my wife went to his office first, she was surprised by him as if he had turned into someone else, very nervous, cynical, and threatened her that he would use things from her previous marriage against her to convict her, it’s unbelievable, she was the person who hired him to solve this problem. She became very scared when she left his office but she didn’t tell me about that . despite that she gave him a signed affidavit of non prosecution which he didn’t even give it to the DA. He was very smart because he knows that my wife has anxiety and this will make her afraid to deal with him and me and no longer trust me, as she been convinced by everyone that this behavior means Scott and I are trying to put her in the jail. On the other hand, he was trying to convince me that she is not a normal woman and that she is well aware of what she is doing to get me into the jail, which led to a major crisis in the relationship between me and my wife. at that time I thought about divorce, when I told him that, he said to me: Yes, you must divorce her, because she is bad and selfish, and he added that if you want a family lawyer, I have one. All of these just in order to bring the case to a Jury , making it more complicated to take more money.I was really confused about what me wife doing while her daughter stopped talking to me too, she was the only connection between us due to the protective order. it was like a nightmare since December 2020 until June 2021, During these months I lost my job due to the background check while I still have to pay all the bills plus paying for the lawyer, rent another apartment to live in as I can’t be in the same house with her . I end up owe 35000 dollars to the bank, my credit score dropped from 780 to 600, and the owner of the house refused to renew the house for us again due to the background check and the credit score. So I called and begged him many times asking what I have to do, he’s been so rod when he answer but most of time didn’t answer my phone or respond to my email unless when The message is related to the money . Also never respect my privacy and put me on the speaker and let everyone listen . Finally he came up with stupid idea which is ( to have my wife to go by herself to the DA and tell them that she was lie ) otherwise I’ll be in the jail. at this point I realized that I’m dealing with a scammer. But it was too late, I had no money to hire another lawyer. So I decided to brake the protective order and go to my wife to see what is going on but she was already convinced by her family that I’ll try to take revenge on her, she was very nervous and scared and I wasn’t able to communicate with her at all, when I left she called the police and I became accused for another case. I didn’t know about that unless I got arrested, Because he didn’t even filed a clearance to represent me as my lawyer, he didn’t know that there is a warrant of arrest has been issued for me . He did nothing when he knew that the police took me to the jail and When I get released from the jail he requested 5500 dollars to work on this pretending that this is a new case. finally our families later intervened to solve these problems when Hala told them what happened , this time I knew what this scammer did, so I applied for a loan and hired another lawyer. so when respond please mention why you told her you would use documents from her previous marriage against her to prove that she is bad. You were very smart for doing that. all what you say is based on your threatening to my wife Please be careful of such scammer
