I would highly recommend him for anybody who needs a good lawyer

I’m a 42 year old minority man with 2 previous felony charges on my record. I was arrested and charged with 3 drug felony cases in October of 2018. I was facing 15 to 99 years with an enhancement added to my case. I had consulted with 5 different lawyer firms, didn’t feel comfortable with any of them. I did my research on the Scott Edgett law firm in Plano, TX. From the moment I met Scott, he made me feel very confident, he was very different from all the other lawyers that I had met, very knowledgeable with the law. One of the best decisions I made in my life. Scott and Ben came up with a master plan to keep me from going to prison for 15 years minimum. Mr. Edgett and his firm fought tooth and nail in that courtroom for me. Over the 15 months that I dealt with Scott and Ben, we developed a personal relationship and they showed compassion and and interest in me as a person. I would highly, highly recommend this law firm for the most complex cases, small or big. They saved me and got me another chance at life, I was able to walk out the courthouse with deferred probation. Mr. Scott Edgett deserves 10 stars!!!! I’ve fought with the system many times in my life and by far, the Edgett law firm is definitely the best team in my experience with lawyers. One of the best, not only in Texas, but got to be one of the best in the United States of America.

Ben Schwartz is the lawyer who has helped me through an unfortunate event. He was on top of everythings. I never felt uncomfortable or judged. He responds to your questions in a short time and explain everything as much as necessary.

Spoke with Scott on the phone to get some clarifications when I was likely being extorted and worrying about what I should do. He knew his stuff and made me feel a lot better about this situation and was honest with me about whether or not I even needed an attorney and if I should save my money which was really excellent customer service. His assistant was also very knowledgeable and was able to set a consultation with Scott within a short time after I gave her some information.

This law firm saved my future not once but twice. I worked mainly with Ben, He delivers a level of assurance and is upfront about everything and all options. Whenever I saw him at court dates I always feel at ease, Ben is a hard working GENUINE human. I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do, this law firm is my go to.

I had a 3rd degree felony (my 4th) dropped down to a misdemeanor B thanks to the best lawyers I’ve ever met. I had got a dwi a few years ago, got out on bond and messed It up. Got put in jail on a no bond and with no lawyer wanting to help me out, even had a few even hang up on my fiancé when she called trying to get advice saying I was pretty much screwed. Ben came to see me that same day within 3 hours of hiring just to meet me and let me know they are on the case. It meant a lot to someone that had been sitting in jail all week thinking there was no way of getting out and not even a foreseeable court date. I was out the next Business day before dinner time not only did he get the judge to go back on my no bond he got my original bond reinstated so I didn’t even need to find another bondsmen!!! Mallory, Ben ,Scott and even The secretary Madeline helped me every lil turn I had and I had quite a few, every question little and big they did everything in there power to help me. I’ll never be able to explain how much me and my wife appreciated it. They initially got me work release but at the last minute was denied because of Covid reasons so they got me and even better deal with a offer of 2 years probation or 30 days in jail with 11 days credit. Even helped me with questions while I was sitting my time out. 10 outa 10 the best lawyers office to call they actually care about you and your situation. I can’t thank them enough!!!!

I don't know where to start I cannot tell you how dynamic the Edgett Law Firm is! Scott Edgett is more than a defense attorney he is a great comforter & attentive to detail. We recently retained the Edgett Law Firm to represent my family in a very serious matter.
