After my brother was arrested I had no idea what to do, more especially as he leaves in Dallas while I leave in NY. I never needed an attorney before and I was a bit lost. I search on Google and spoke to a couple of lawyers but didn't like any of them, after couple of searching that is when i found Mr. Scott Edgett through google. I Hired him after the initial consultation. Over the next several months he took care of everything. The felony charge was dropped. His beautiful wife was very instrumental when i needed an apartment for my brother. Did a great job

I hired Scott and his team to help me out with a pending issue back in April . I had called other lawyers but they all wanted me to post bond do a walk through them hire them . With Scott I just met his colleague at the court and he took care of my warrant of 5 years. He got me weekends and I was able to start and do the days I wanted to do. Here I am done with my commitment and free ! Thank you guys !

Never in my life did I ever think I needed a criminal defense attorney. I made a mistake and had no clue where to turn. I made some calls around town but no one really sounded compassionate about helping me. Scott actually reached out to me because I believe I got his answering service. I truly don't know who I called but I'm glad he called. I felt lost but I felt optimistic after our preliminary meeting. He seemed very sincere and he made me feel better about the situation. He emphasized that people make mistakes and didn't just look at me as a potential client. He really wanted to help me. As an attorney, you can't guarantee your client a positive end result. When I was wrongly ticketed with misdemeanor assault, you could fill a thimble with what I knew of the law. So I asked Scott Edgett to help me with the case, and despite its misdemeanor status, he agreed! He prepared my misdemeanor case like he was going to take it to trial, and got all kinds of information on the case. Lo and behold, when he went in front of the city attorney, not only did the city attorney opt to dismiss my case, but also my attacker's too (she was family)! I couldn't ask for a better outcome and I didn't even know a joint dismissal was an option. Thank you Scott!!

Scott truly understands that good people sometimes make bad decisions, and will go to war for you. I was going through a rough divorce and custody battle, and was arrested for DWI. I had never been in trouble before, and was terrified to say the least. I interviewed multiple attorneys, and got the same cheap, sleazy vibe from all of them, until I found Scott. He was sharp, receptive, and understanding of my situation, and quickly put me at ease. Scott has a great reputation and is well respected with the DA and Judges in the surrounding counties. He was always quick to answer my questions and always kept me informed. I could not have asked for a better attorney, and now a friend. I stepped in it again 8 years later, and he was the first call I made. He got the best deal possible for me, and continues to coach me through the confusing legal process. He is one of the best attorneys and he knows what he is doing. I had to go to Scott to solve my misdemeanor case and the way he received me and assured me that my case can be solved is AMAZING. He took notes of my entire case and the way he patiently talked to me for more than an hour before I hired him, shows his sincerity towards his profession and clients.
