When searching for an attorney I read through countless reviews on google for attorneys in my area. Burress Law by far had the most outstanding reviews and for good reason. I cant imagine choosing any other law firm to handle my case. During our first meeting I was overwhelmed with emotions, questions, & concerns as this was my first experience needing to be represented. Jason, Trisha, and Brian instantly assured me, gave me peace of mind, and listened to what I had to say. Never once did I feel like I was just another number. I truly felt as though I was their only client and I had top priority. I have to add that Brian Mincher completely blew me away with the amount respect he showed me, he always checked in with me before moving forward. Brian made me feel like he was there to work for me and had my best interest at heart. 10/10 highly recommend.

I was involved in a car accident back in 2018 that involved a drunk driver. My experience has been nothing short of fantastic while working with Burress Law. I broke my wrist in an accident that required immediate surgery and a few months of occupational therapy. After the accident, I attempted to deal with the insurance company on my own for about a year which ended up being a mistake. The insurance company would not work with me on a settlement. Their settlement figure was lower than it should have been for an injury such as mine. Burress law was willing to take the case and help with every aspect of it. They were able to help me get a significant increase from what was initially offered and they also dealt with all the under insured portion of the claim as well. They worked with me to ensure I was taken care of. Without their assistance I would have had to accept an offer well below what the claim should have been. They have been nothing but friendly, helpful, and assuring throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Burress Law to anyone dealing with a similar situation.
