After talking to Kathy for the 1st time, I was able to put my fears about choosing the wrong attorney to rest. Being from Oklahoma & having to fight in Texas court over custody of my 3 step children was scary. Not knowing anyone that could recommend me someone in the McKinney area, I relied on Avvo. Kathy was a blessing. She made us feel like we were her only clients. From recommending us another attorney for my husband's side to holding my grandmother's hand on her case, Kathy was more than i could've asked for. I highly recommend Kathy!

Ms. Erickson has handled my specific case since 2009. She is a very hands on attorney and immersed herself in my case utilizing her resources and my resources.
