I am not at liberty to discuss the specifics of the hit and run incident to which I was the victim party. I worked with Viviana for about 1.5 years and reached an amicable settlement amount after receiving care that was paid for by my insurance and reduced in cost through negotiations with Fielding Law and my prior insurance provider. She also swiftly took care of and took note of my incident when it occurred, working with me to find an adjuster who would be able to properly appreciate the value of my totaled vehicle. She helped co-ordinate care procedures to ensure the status and proper healing of my injuries such as recommending a set of doctors who previously provided results in my area of injury. I highly suggest working with this law firm as they are incredibly competent, courteous, and communicative. I called about once to twice per month for updates and now I look back and appreciate the communication since it led to an amicable resolution without the need to further litigate. I am happy to say that Fielding Law is who you want to go with should you find yourself unfortunate enough to be injured while driving. Fielding law handled my case when I was rear ended. It was a complicated case that would have been very difficult to fight on my own. They handled everything beautifully. I know without their help I likely would have not been able to seek medical help or get the medical bills paid that I needed. I know recommend them to anyone who asks if I know a lawyer, who is proficient in auto accidents.. this is my first time ever having a lawyer, and they made the process so easy, and handled any concerns I had swiftly and carefully. 10/10 would recommend.
