Currently going through a divorce with kids since November of 2022. I hired Danielle Cortez-Harper with Bailey and Galyen back in May of 2023 after being railroaded by false allegations. As soon as I met her I had a good feeling about moving forward. Fast forward to today, I got the results I knew I would get. She was great in the courtroom, organized and straight to the point. At all times they kept me informed of developments with both an attorney and legal assistant more than capable of answering any questions I had. I felt like I wasn't a number with these guys but a human being and they understood that. Any delays weren't caused by them but the guilty driver's insurance company, but these guys wouldn't let go and persevered until I got the maximum settlement which was the maximum limit of the driver's insurance! My injuries weren't as severe as they could have been although one of them will have lasting effects. These guys appreciated that fact and understood that my case went beyond the car crash, the medical bills but also the effect it had on my life both immediately following the wreck and in my foreseeable future. I'm in West Texas, these guys are clear across the state so I initially had some concerns about the fact that they weren't "local" but those fears turned out to be unfounded. With office and cell phone numbers they might as well have been right next door! Thank you Courtney and Conchita because I don't know how I'd have made it through these close to 2 years if it hadn't been for your continued reassurances and sheer determination to not give up! I have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending you to anyone else needing a personal injury attorney here in Texas!

While I am not one who uses lawyers often and I'm not 100% satisfied with my results, I must say Fielding Law did the best they could with the case they were given. Remember that no matter what happens or what your treatment, your attorney will take 34% regardless. Now, while I'm not happy with making lawyers rich, I must say Xochitl Estrada was the sweetest paralegal I could have ever asked for. She always had patience and answered my questions and even listen to me to complain when something ticked me off. I will use this law firm again, if I need to, as long as she is my paralegal, but I told her I hope I don't have to see her again. If you have been in an accident and need an attorney, call Fielding Law and they will do their best for you.
