Eric was very meticulous and thorough when my husband and I had our Wills revised and trusts constructed. He advised on issues I needed to consider but hadn't considered for our complex estate plan. It's obvious that Eric is a very experienced specialist in his niche. I am very selective and searched for quite a while to find a well rated attorney a generation younger than us. This is an importance feature for seniors who will need their attorney as they advance in age (I learned from my parents mistakes!). I also wanted an estate specialist close to our home in Sunnyvale so we could easily meet in person and not have to drive downtown Dallas. I heartily recommend the Mauro Law Firm for your estate and business needs.

My wife and I have been married for 11 years and we have two kids (10 & 8). We have always discussed that we needed a Will & Medical Directive to make sure our wishes were carried out. We just never found an Attorney until Dyer and Mauro. Conner Dyer walked us through the entire process of answering questions, composing our documents and explaining legal jargon in layman terms. This man and his team of attorneys lost our case against Ford, Michelin and an inspection shop; After my mother’s death in a car crash, when I was seven years old. I know that Ford and Michelin are responsible for this event. For many reasons, this put me at a disadvantage in life.. A disadvantage that would have been eased by some financial support for family, and later myself. It forced me to have to recite and relive the trauma of seeing her die, in front of many people and later a jury ..all for nothing. He and the group of lawyers that represented us did not do us justice. I’d take your business elsewhere, and to another state if possible. I am left without what was owed to me; with terrible memories and regret. Above all; No justice.

I’d like to share some information about this firm. My mother passed away in the year 2021and after contacting this firm to represent me and my mother in her wrongful death they decided that they were too busy in another lawsuit to continue doing discovery on my mother’s death. They contacted me less than one month before her statue of limitation was up to say they wouldn’t be able to represent me. This is very unethical. They gave me a list of a few law Firms to call to see if I could find someone to represent me, but no one could now, due to the sensitivity of the statue of limitation coming up and I could no longer file this lawsuit due to the staff’s inconsistencies and unprofessionalism. Ted Lyons assistant, Mandy seemed to be disturbed to hear of the many calls I had made but none were returned. She apologized for the calls not being returned, and was going to investigate this info and get back with me. She claimed “we don’t run our office that way, so I will personally check into it.”Well, that was three weeks ago and as of yesterday Mandy is unethically now, there are still no answers and she said yesterday that she spoke with Mr. Lyons and he’s not returned her call to let her know what he has decided to do. I did let Mandy know that this review will be taken place. Be careful. Make sure you know who you’re talking to and make notes. Maybe this won’t happen to somebody else. The Statue of limitations is not a joke! They knew this was a time sensitive case but they just don’t care! I reported it to the Bar Association too!

Case was supposed to take 3 to 6 weeks almost 7 months later still not done ever time I called was promised a call back which I never would get.then when I called a told them to just forget it. I am tired of waiting and not getting any follow ups. Then Karen call s. Tells me she is ready to finish my case now. I told her to just forget it She told me she would refund part of the money I paid I said ok .Guess what haven't heard from Karen..

When I hired this attorney to represent me against a petition to modify parent child relationship etc., I soon realized that this is an attorney that will not be on your side, she will communicate by email and text with the opposing counsel and tell him/her everything you said concerning your case so that they can plot and conspire against you, she will sit in silence and not object to hearsay, she will not be prepared with any questions (I brought my own questions), she will laugh, play and be unprofessional with the opposing counsel. She will constantly ask you the exact same questions about your case even though you told her a million times as she wrote it down on a legal pad. She will sit and work on other cases in your presence instead of being fully focused on your case. If it were not for my fasting and praying to Jesus Christ, I would not still be the custodial parent today! I’ve given you my testimony according to what this attorney has done (or not done) and now the choice is yours. **In response to your response, 1st it's three years latter and you are just now getting around to responding to this review, that is a reflection of your work. I doubt you can even remember the case since you asked me the same exact questions over and over during court even when you wrote it down. I clearly remember me pulling you to the side and telling you to remember who your client was because you were not on my side or helping me in any way. I had to address a comment you made to me saying that my son was the reason why I was in in court when I asked you to request a refund of legal fees because his case was unfounded and ridiculous. You need to own the truth and do better!! My son is grown and in his second year of college, and yes I got what God allowed me to have, NO THANKS TO YOU!! YOU WILL NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR WHAT GOD DID. And I don't regret any of it because we, my son and I, are better and stronger for it, have a great day. . .

Don't waste your time and money! Keep it moving your better off going through legal aid. Unprofessional, unresponsive, takes your money gives you the run around.
