I'm writing this on behalf of my husband Ronnie Baham. Michael Fielding has been a God send when Ronnie was alone in Dallas after an accident on a Grayhound bus. Ronnie was on his way to Houston visa Grayhound and ended up in the hospital not knowing anyone and needing an attorney. Ronnie's 1st call was to Michael. I cannot sing Fielding Law and Michael's praises enough. After a debilitating injury in my apartment complex, I was unsure what to do next and how to pay for all the medical bills. Michael walked me through the entire process and helped me every step of the way. He made sure that my own recovery of priority. When we did file a suit he was organized, explained each aspect of the case to me, and was in constant communication. Most importantly he made me feel comfortable - I felt like he was not just my lawyer but my friend - and there was no dumb question to ask. If I could give this firm zero stars, I would. Randall's so-called "representation" was non existent. Randall blames the judges, the courts and the judicial system for his own courtroom failures. They are not proactive and do not communicate in a timely manner. The receptionist admittedly doesn't care about their clients. Save yourself a lot of stress and DO NOT waste your money or time here.
