Highly recommend Mr. Navarette for all legal issues. I was referred to him by another attorney who couldn't complete my case. Rick and his staff kept me up to date at all times. Gets on your case right a way, Knowledgeable, aggressive, knows his stuff. His partner Christine is just as good. He impressed me when he gave me his cell phone number. I don't know of any other attorney who would do that. Bottom line, don't waste your time with anyone else, go with Rick or Christine for all your legal needs.

Don’t do it! I recently moved out of town and went to talk to another attorney about reducing child support and modification and this attorney did not help me at all. I got screwed over 100% the attorney that I was talking to asked was this your attorney or your ex-wives attorney because if it was your attorney, she completely screwed you over with child support, modification, and sale of the home. And I agree. The final divorce decree was not explained to me on payments, modification or anything else. I thought the attorneys job was to read through it and explain to me I was just told to sign. It was my fault for not reading, but that’s why you pay the attorney to read it and explain it to you before signing If you’re a guy fighting for custody go somewhere else I showed proof that my ex was not a good mother and an alcoholic and even with that, it seems like they took my ex’s over my side, even though I was their client so if you’re a man, please go somewhere else. Trust me on this.

Fortunately I was represented by Mr. Rick Navarrete in my case, he really knows his stuff and will do everything in his power to fight for you. Extremely satisfied with the outcome. My case was completely dismissed and i can move on with my life ,thanks to him.

Christine was my attorney for my divorce. Throughout the process, she was always on top of things and able to communicate expectations. The divorce ended up going to a Final Hearing in front of the Judge, and Christine was amazing. As a father looking for nothing but every possible second with my son, I was concerned about Family Court. I had always heard stories that the cards were stacked against me. The result was 100% in our favor, and now my son lives in Midland, I have JMC, and have full visitation rights plus elections. If I could leave ZERO stars I would! They scheduled my consultation a month out! I patiently await. Upon my arrival at this office I’m told that there is a conflict and he cannot represent me. That should’ve been determined well before the day I arrive for my appointment a month later.
