Good law firm always communicated with I had him for a court appointed attorney although he did bat for me

I highly recommend this law firm if you need help with any family matters Christine Schwartz and her staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in a bad position before I got a hold of them and Christine and her staff help me along the way. Thank you guys so much for the help.

My husband had a consult with Rick Navarrete and immediately we knew that he didn't care about anything but winning. The price and comparison to other attorneys, he was sure to highlight. There is a right way and a wrong way to talk to people. The level of disrespect was absurd. Instead of giving us the legal advice we needed (and that we paid for), we got negativity, he starting putting us down :/ Cassandra Cheeks on the other hand, was a blessing! She is calm and collective, God sure does flow through her. She won the right way for us in several court days, and I highly recommend Cheeks.

Very Friendly, wonderful experience. Eased my concerns of how to proceed in my case. Rick and his staff have treated me as though I were truly their friends!

Highly recommend Mr. Navarette for ANYTHING! Always showed a genuine concern and want for my best interests. Kept me up to date at all times. Catered to my scheduling needs, even when I was his only client for the day. Found out about another charge they tried to throw at me after everything was said and done, Rick took care of it that day! Dismissed. Mr. Navarette, Ms. Perez and team is the absolute truth! I was facing some serious consequences for something I couldn't have ever imagined being tangled up in at this point of my life. Mr. Navarette stood in the paint and "LITERALLY" represented me to a point where he was gonna sacrifice his rep and testify on my behalf. He went that extra mile and it resulted in getting my case dropped and for that he's highly respected and for the most part recommended... Respect! Thank you Mr. Navarette and team!!!

Made an appointment for a consultation with Christine of $150 she was late 20min and unapologetic Mr. Rick was kind enough to take over while she was busy to speed up the appointment just to find her sitting next to me without introducing herself when I turned around didn’t even notice she was there until I turned around. She told me she charges over $6000 for a visitation case in midland and in my case that had already started in bell county already half way she would charge way over $10,000. This was the second appointment I had tried to make at this firm first time they couldn’t because I didn’t reside in midland over 6 months waited till I was over the 6months and they took me in the consultation appointment only to find out I wasted my time and they couldn’t take my case unless I paid over 10,000 and she stated they wouldn’t even be familiar to that county even if they could I appreciate the honesty but if that was the case why lead me on 6months to finally book an appointment to waste my time and then didn’t appreciate the lateness and unapologetic attitude. I’m glad I was able to find another attorney who was reassuring and upfront and was able to hear my concerns with my current case and navigate me in the right direction. Can’t speak for this firms ability to preform in a case but first impressions are everything and I was not impressed.
