Myself and my wife used him to FILE bankruptcy! It has been over a year, took him all the information 3 times, and still nothing! Every time we call his office you can hear him in the background telling his "receptionist" or whatever she is to tell us HE is not there! Or to tell us this, or that. When we go to his office he tells us Marybelle, the legal assistant that quit him, put him behind, this, or that! He blames everyone except himself! I thought it was his law firm because his name is on it! The last time i called, basically i was told i was out my 2000$ unless i can prove it! Stay away from this guy! Don't let him rip you off!

Listen to David Salazar. He spends no time going over your case with you until the day of the hearing, then blames you for everything that goes wrong when you have asked him when he was going to go over the case with you. When he couldn't think of any questions to ask the defendant, he threw his arms up in the air. When he reads this, he's going to blame me. Mr. Foster was never asked to withdraw. He lost the case due to ineptness, which had absolutely nothing to do with anyone's son. Blaming client as shown below.

I wish there was a middle finger for a review for this guy, he is by far the worst attorney in Midland Texas. You're better off representing yourself. He likes to make deals with the other attorney before the judge even gets to see your case. He never calls you back or answers the phone that includes his paralegal. He charges 3500 for a retainer fee up front and did about 2 days work and will not give you your money back so don't even ask. After he was given his retainer fee the first words out his mouth now I have "party money " There is more but that's a summary of how he operates. If at all possible represent yourself or at all costs get another attorney. Thank you for wasting my money and my time.
