Hi everyone, appreciate your help with this. I had 3 Amex cards that were all used for business across 2 businesses. Two payments on one of those cards (related to a business that was struggling) was missed in the summer of 2019 which resulted in all 3 cards being cancelled by Amex (the other 2 cards, related to the same business had no perfect payment history). That card which was opened in 2016 eventually went into collections and charged off. Which brought down my credit score to 450, I also had delinquent accounts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure. My mother passed in August 2019 and I was referred to these attorneys by Morgan & Morgan in September 2019. I communicated with the office via email and got them the complete medical records they requested by October 2019. I've not heard from an attorney or representative from the agency since then. Every time I reach out they take my name, number, and email and tell me that an attorney will reach out to me soon but here it is and I've not heard from a single person. Kent Buckingham was my lawyer in a medical malpractice case that ended last night. He is extremely knowledgeable in many medical areas and in my case the gall bladder I had removed. There were a number of complications that developed from the surgery including severing the bile duct. The botched gallbladder surgery I had was eight and one-half years ago and Kent began working with me approximately two years ago. To watch Mr. Buckingham litigate gall bladder malpractice is to watch poetry in motion. He can get past the smoke screen of a very slippery operator & get to the truth. This case took almost 7 years but he hung in there & did a great job. He is very knowledgeable & precise. He flew to the east coast twice to get us justice. I would highly recommend him.
