I just recently went with my daughter for a case she had pending which were worried about. As soon as I saw Brian Cummings walk in I had a good feeling and sure enough I was not disappointed. He talked to my daughter about her case and said I'll be right back to go talk to the prosecutor and came back with a dismissal. This guy is awesome, was caring and understanding and such a cool person. I highly recommend Brian Cummings for any legal services needed!

I am from El Paso, Texas and visited in Midland for a couple of months a few years ago and got into a problem. All I have to say is Brian Cummings is a great attorney!
