My husband & I would highly recommend Mark (and Doris) to ANYONE. He represented us in a high stress custody battle for my husbands 2 Children. We had a bad experience with a lawyer in Midland prior to dealing with Mark that left Us feeling pretty hopeless. My husband is active duty military & we lived 1500+ miles from Midland making the situation even more difficult. The night before our final custody hearing, Mark was emailing us back & forth until almost midnight working on our case. He was respectful but aggressive when necessary in court. We were granted physical custody of both children & couldn’t be happier with the way we were represented.

We highly recommend Alan, he will definitely get the job done and fast. My husband has retained a lawyer in Odessa whom was suppose to help bring down his child support and help him with extended visitation due to the mother making up her own rules and getting away with it. However, his child support increased by HALF, And nothing happened to the mother. Alan on the other hand got my husbands child support dropped back down tremendously by more than half within a month of filing, and now we are fighting for custody due to the mother not cooperating with court orders "not letting us get them on our days and weekends" an telling the children lies about there father not wanting them. I believe this is called parental alienation. She thought she was invincible and made her own rules and now she is freaking out, and because she know Alan means buisness. If you're looking for a lawyer who is incredible at what he does Alan is definitely your guy and his staff is amazing as well. Doris always keeps us informed about dates,times, what to expect, and any questions we have she responds quickly.
