I am a retired CPA and Certified Financial Planner who recently moved to Texas. I needed my will, trust etc updated for the state of Texas. My daughter is a Texas lawyer but estates is not her area. I was so pleased when I found this law firm. Jnana Settle is brilliant estate attorney. Truly I have worked with some of the best and she is certainly among them. She covers all the bases, she has the process organized to a smooth running machine. And she quickly had the answers for me to make the decisions I had questions about. You don't have to know anything about a will or a trust, she will guide you through the process and explain the options you have. YOU will be making the decisions, because you will have the information you need. Such a painless process to get to the point that I am so happy with how my estate is set up. My wife and I just had our "Will Signing Ceremony" with Jnana Settle on 11/2/2021 and were very pleased with the whole experience from initial meeting - no charge - to the final package. She is knowledgeable and understanding, and showed professionalism and patience with our many questions. Estate planning is an exhausting and emotional process because of the many documents and decisions about death and incapacity that are involved, but Jnana made it about as pleasant as it can be, and clearly strives to protect your estate so that your wishes will be carried out regardless of many life's contingencies that can occur.
