Nicolas Olivarez hired him, please RUN...you are better off representing yourself in a divorce hearing!!! I provided ALL the documents requested for a divorce along with a letter stating my most important issues regarding visitation with my daughter....I was requesting to have my daughter the two weeks I'm home from work and for the Court to review my child support order due to the decrease in pay....well, when we had a court hearing those issues were not brought up; he never ONCE fought for me...WASTE of your hard earn money..PLEASE RUN!! it was a hassle to get him to return my calls, I had to contact someone who knew him to receive a call back...unprofessional!

Noel cooper I truly don’t have enough BAD things to say about this man. Trust the reviews!! He doesn’t even have one employee in his office and that was my first red flag. What reputable attorney doesn’t have a legal assistant and or a secretary? This man yelled at me and went months without responding to me. He missed a hearing and never notified me of said hearing. How does that happen as an attorney who I would assume visits the courthouse often? I asked him for months to draw up final divorce papers, but not once could he get that RIGHT either. Instead he just wanted me to come in again and waste money when nothing had changed. His emails were absolutely horrendous, almost as if my 9 year old child has responded to me. Then he dropped me 2 weeks before our final hearing (again which he did not notify me of said hearing, my husbands attorney had to the week before). He also has this reputation with his peers as I met with a few other attorneys in the process, and they all had the same thing to say about him. Now he is running for district judge… laughable. Truly laughable. Also how do you switch from the Democratic ticket to Republican? He ran for district judge as a democrat in 2020 and LOST. He’s trying his luck again on the republican ticket. You’re not fooling us…. DONT VOTE FOR NOEL!

Very nice and explained things to us very clearly, was not a rushed appointment, and he answered all of our questions.

UPDATE: WE FOUND OUT NONE OF THIS WAS TRUE WILL PUBLISH COMPLETE UPDATE SOON DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR FAMILY LAW. Mr. Cooper seems to display the characteristics of a man whom is sure of himself and a winner. He is sharp and appeared to geniunely care about our unique circumstance. He asked to see the picture of my child whom I am fighting for. That simple act demonstrated to me a sense of empathy for my plight that most attorneys do not have. Will update when the case is over until than I gave 5 stars for our initial contact.

Mr. Cooper has been the best attorney. He took my stepdads case really seriously, answered all his questions & helped him get started with a child custody case. We have been going to Mr. Cooper since 2018 I believe & he has not failed us once! Really great with communicating back to us.

He doesn’t respond to his clients and doesn’t fight your side of the case although that’s what a lawyer does! He also won’t notify you of your court date so if you happen to get arrested for a failure to appear because of him, he will not help you. I don’t recommend him for anyone, he’ll just take your money. Please do not hire him and notice he’s on suspension for misconduct for a reason.

BE WARE.... He takes the $1500.00 very fast. Will NOT respond after you pay him! It’s been no less than 5 days every time messages and calls before a response. We would love a return call or email as prompt as he took our $1500.00!!! Still have not heard from him. It has now been over a week. No response! We are now feeling that he may be a scam
