As a new landlord to a 12 unit apartment complex, I quickly found myself thrown in at the deep end. Fortunately, I happened to connect with the team at Frieberg & Morton who were beyond wonderful. In my case, it only took a couple of days and a letter from them to resolve my issue with a troublesome tenant. They are definitely my go-to team for anything legal.
