We had been putting off getting our trust done. When we finally made the appointment Davidek Law Firm made the whole process easy peasy!

I just wanted to say that the daunting task of setting up a trust was not difficult at all. Our Lawyer, Amanda Barsche did a great job explaining and getting us through the process. She was always pleasant and understanding. She listened and took the time to get to know us. I highly recommend her.

This review is regarding Keith McMahon an attorney at Davidek Law Firm, PLLC. A few years ago, I retired and relocated to New Braunfels to be closer to my sister, who is my only surviving immediate family member. Once here, my sister encouraged (pushed) me to "get my affairs in order". She recommended Keith McMahon to me and I'm glad she did. I have a small amount of legal experience myself consisting of a 2-year ABA approved Associate's Degree in Paralegal. I also spent a year working as a paralegal at a non-profit law firm specializing in Federal American Indian Law. In my limited experience, probate law is one of the most difficult areas of legal practice. It is detailed and a bit stressful, as it can be contentious. And frankly, I was not looking forward to the process and kept delaying Mr. McMahon (and my sister) for nearly two years. As such, I would sincerely like to thank Keith for sticking with me and making the process as easy on me as possible. You still have to sit down and decide for yourself who of your friends and family get your possessions and who will inherit your real property, but once I did all that Keith took my notes and converted them into an excellent legally binding set of probate documents. So we met today and two years after we started the process everything was signed and finalized. I thank Keith for guiding me through a process that I just really didn't even want to think about. But now that it's done, I couldn't be happier with the final package or more thankful to Mr Keith McMahon, Esq., at Davidek Law Firm, PLLC., for his help.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience and this law firm! They helped us navigate a sad time with grace and compassion. Do not call this firm as you will NOT get any help. Staff is EXTREMELY RUDE all she did was speak over me. I thinks she needs a refresher in common courtesy!!
