I have worked with countless real estate attorneys both representing me and representing other clients over the years. I tried Neal Linnartz after my attorney went into semi-retirement. I was scared to death to try a new guy but from the minute I met him I knew immediately that he would have my best interest in mind. He does not talk to you like a regular attorney does. He talks to you in plain English and gives you clear options. I was so happy to have found this guy and I just hope he does not get too busy to quit working with me! He has been awesome. Dr Schwarze

Not helpful at all

Mr. Linnartz took my mother's money and rewrote her will for over $700.00. She has dementia and he knew it before he did it. She just wanted to ammend it. Now he won't talk to her on the phone & answer her questions about it. Who does this to the elderly? She doesn't understand it or remember what he said about it. She had a few questions she wanted to ask & write it down. Watch out for this one...
