Was hired to fix a printer . Drew contracts , Had those contracts signed and dated . Told Mr Linnartz That it could be weeks or months before his parts would show up due to the age of his machine . He decided to continue instead of purchasing a new machine . Two weeks into waiting for parts he requested me to send him a refund which I was Happy to do since he was not a satisfied customer . I sent over all of the paperwork to have his refund issued to him, and he refused to sign it, stating that it would look bad on him for signing the paperwork . He took me to court and had his buddy, which was one of the judges Rule in his favor .”
