I hired Mr. Bettersworth to handle my divorce case in Guadalupe County. He was very professional as well as his staff. His staff was always courteous, even when sometimes I wasn't. The only delay I really had in my divorce was getting hearing dates. His paralegal explained to me the situation with the Courthouse and Judge availabilty, and did get hearing dates as soon as she was able. Mr. Bettersworth was very conscious about using my retainer fee wisely because I was on a limited buget. My questions were answered timely, usually within 24 hours I recieved a return phone call or email. Mr. Bettersworth is a great attorney, which may explain why his office stays so busy.
