Mr. Morley was recommended to us by a co-worker's wife who is also an attorney. He did not disappoint. We hired him for a child support/custody case that was transferred here from out of state. He immediately filed papers to guarantee that everything was now in the jurisdiction of the court here. He knows the laws and the judges. He quickly figured out the other party and knew exactly what direction to go and actions to take. He sent us a copy of everything so we could proof read it before it was filed or presented to the other party. He is on the expensive side but is well worth it! We took out 0% apr promotion credit cards to hire him and don't regret it. We learned our lesson a while ago that if you want a lawyer that does things right and is willing to fight to spend the money.

I hired Justin for my divorce and he did an amazing job. I initially had hired another attorney, who wasn't helping me or moving anything forward. I was recommended to Justin by a friend and he immediately jumped into action, getting things moving and putting structure in place to move towards finalizing my divorce. Divorce is not an easy or fun process, but Justin is professional very good at what he does, which made the process as good as it can be. My husband and I hired Mr. Morley to prepare our wills and power of attorney papers. We were able to accomplish this through his patience and expert knowledge. We worked with a rough draft and then through questions and answers he produced exactly what was necessary in our situation. In no time at all the entire process was complete. I hired Justin to represent me in a long complex custody case. Justin Morley is an outstanding, hard-working and very professional lawyer who went above and beyond to ensure I was successfully defended against very complex unjust claims. He stepped in and came to my defense and the defense of our HOA when our previous lawyers had come up short. What was dumbfounding to us was that even when he had transitioned firms to Langley and Banack (which meant ultimately he would not see a dime for the all of the incredible work he had done on our behalf) he still for some beautiful, unselfish reason still saw our case through to a successful outcome even though he knew that there wasn't going to be any financial benefit to himself personally. This after 7 years worth of efforts on our behalf! It speaks to his ability, his character and his honor as a man who truly cares for justice and has a passion for doing the right thing for good people.

I had a very, very simple divorce. Then a layoff, then a relocation with children. What could have been simple (an oxymoron, because really, nothing in family law is ever simple!) became a total and complete nightmare! Justin guided me through ALL of my options. I successfully relocated to another state with my three minor children. Two years later, another drama unfolded, and I reached out to Justin again, even though I was in another state. He handled all the negotiations with a very trying and difficult opposing legal team, and again, my situation was resolved. Nothing in family law is black and white, and nothing is painless, but Justin guided me through the minefields, reasoned with me when I became passionate, and kept me focused on the end result. I am forever grateful for his legal counsel and support, I would recommend him to anyone.

A divorce that should have been simple turned contentious once my ex discovered that I was due much more than he thought I should receive. It took a long time but Justin ensured that I was compensated fairly and he was very cordial to the other side, but unyielding on my behalf. I couldn't have been better represented and his support ten were rock stars also.

If you have a simple case that can be handled outside of court this lawyer might be effective. For difficult cases, I recommend going elsewhere. He repeatedly acted nervous and fearful about going into courtroom and facing judges. He will ask you to complete minor tasks that a paralegal would normally do under the guise of "saving you money" yet he still manages to spend all of the retainer - claiming 30 minutes to an hour for typing up one paragraph emails to the opposing council. He can easily spend $5,000 on typing up emails... so beware. In addition, he will approach your situation with his own agenda. After weeks of coming up with our approach together he changed the strategy completely minutes before entering the court house. His new strategy was to attack me and gain a "sympathy" ruling from the judge. Luckily the opposing council chose to adopt the agreement I devised myself outside the courtroom and his strange tactics were never actually used in court. As the case intensified he unfortunately showed that he did not have the experience or fortitude to handle it's complexity or duration and chose to withdraw (during the week of Christmas) - leaving me without council at a critical moment in the case. I expected more from the law offices of Brazel and Pfueffer. I am also skeptical of the previous reviews. You have been warned.

Mr. Morley always explained every step of the process to me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. As soon as he had any additional information I also knew it. He was very supportive and understanding. I can't thank him enough for the wonderful job he did on my behalf and all the stressfull situations I did not have to worry about because of him.

Justin created a Will for me and my wife, being that this was our first time to go through this process we were a little nervous. Justin helped us through the entire process and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of counsel.
