Terrible law firm. I paid for a service that was never rendered. I would give them zero stars if I could. First the paralegal that was working on my case left so they didn’t know what was going on when I called for an update. Then they passed my case over to a lawyer. Months later when I called for an update it turns out the lawyer left.. I asked for a refund and all they did could say was that the lawyer took his clients with him and gave me his number to call. Terrible terrible law firm. Seems like no one wants to take accountability. Save your hard earn money and stay away from this firm.

When I first came to attorney Graham office I was under the impression that this firm stood firm on always helping the client and assuring that justice is served but I relieved the opposite of that. I met with Jade and was informed that I would be represented by the firm and that a demand letter would be sent out three days later. I called on going for a month and a half with lies and excuses on why the letter was not sent out. Joshua Graham called me a month and two Weeks later after I informed them about the complaint I was going to file stating that the letter had not been sent due to someone from his firm being in the hospital and stated that he apologize for the incidents that had occurred and he assured me he was going to make sure that I received a call from manila that day going over the letter with me before it was sent off. Well she did NOT RETURN THE PROMISED CALL THAT DAY and another month passed and I still didn't receive the phone call or letter as promised by Joshua Graham!! After finally getting in contact with someone with the firm I was told everyone was in court and I would get a phone call back the next day and never did! I called and called and recieved a demand letter that was half put together and sent out before it was sent to me to read first which I asked that it was sent to me before sending out!! Two weeks later and they are saying that no one is available and is in court and I will receive a returned call. I informed them that I would leave a review informing the public on the horrible experience I had with this unprofessional law firm. Ten minutes after that call guess who was all of a sudden available?? Joshua Graham calling me to inform me that they would not be able to take the case and that no more money is owed to him. I will continue to inform the public on the horrible experience I had with this law firm. If you are looking for a law firm that will take your money and feed you lies and add more stress to your life then this is the perfect law firm for you, but if your looking for a law firm that will take case very serious and help reduce the stress and will get you justice then THIS IS NOT THE LAW FIRM FOR YOU!!

Super nice, genuinely honest about options and concern. Mrs. Conyers did a fabulous job! Would choose them again!! Also, should note the paralegal, Jade, is super sweet. Both ladies made a completely frustrating situation much better, and I would definitely recommend them again!

Very knowledgeable staff. They exceeded my expectations. Got an appointment the very next day, everything was explained in detail and was provided with all the options available to me.

We needed some counsel regarding a really sketchy car dealership experience. At the initial consult with their office, I was pleasantly surprised to hear them coaching me how to handle it all myself in a way where we could get what we wanted. That’s how legal advice should be. They made sure I knew I could call and have their full support if I needed it but otherwise were more focused on how to help me handle the demands myself.
