I would very well recommend working with paralegal Bell Sanchez and attorney Manuel Hernandez for any injury lawsuit. From the moment i got home from the hospital and found out the insurance from the person responsible for my accident was not willing to pay for any of my medical bills or my vehicle, I immediately called Mr. Hernandez. Not knowing what to expect, that same day Mr. Hernandez visited me at my home considering i had been seriously injured. He explained the process of the lawsuit and the next steps that needed to be taken and reassured me that everything would be okay. During the two years of the lawsuit, I endured a total of 4 surgeries, and almost 2 years of physical therapy. The expenses that came along after my accident were substantial, but Manuel and Bell accompanied me every step of the way, including in the event i needed help to cover any of my medical appointment costs. They were amazing people to work with, they responded in a timely manner, answered any questions i had, and were even there when i just needed someone to talk to. As much as i like and appreciate Bell and Manny, I hope i never have to use their services again -but if i do, they will be the first people i will call (besides my husband of course). Thank you Bell and Manny so much, it was a pleasure working with you!

Crystal and attorney Manuel Hernandez helped me through frightening moments after the wreck I was involved in. I didn't have time to call the insurance to set up a claim or argue with them about my bills. I was worried about my babies well being in the hospital. Crystal handled all the headaches, getting the police report and fighting for my interest. Without Crystal’s and the attorneys help, I would have been stuck with an offer that I myself would have had no leverage to negotiate against for more. I was glad to have a firm with a well known rep backing me. The whole firm, including Crystal are not ones to let insurance companies run over them in any way and there is nothing else I could have asked for in a situation such as the one I was in.
