1 MILLION STARS!!! Use FCHC if you want an amazing, honest, and professional legal team!! If I could give Mr. Hernandez, Mrs. Heredia, and the entire staff at FCHC that many stars I truly would. My case lasted 5 years and they fought everyday for the best outcome for me. I had been injured in a multi vehicle car crash at work and despite knowing it’d be a difficult case to win and there would be complications with workers compensation in Texas they still did everything they possibly could to help. I had gone 6 months stuck in the work comp system while trying to get a diagnosis but being unsuccessful and the minute FCHC got involved on my case I was in doctors offices within a few weeks and referred to the correct physicians to give me answers I so desperately needed. I unfortunately was diagnosed with a multiple hard to diagnose neurological and muscular injuries that were confirmed both by the doctors FCHC were able to get me into quicker than my insurance would allow and then by more doctors I have seen throughout the years. My case was probably harder (being multiple vehicles and a work comp case) and lasted longer (5 years total) than most and the entire staff of FCHC was there for me through every hurdle and breakdown in the entire process. They even have been there for me after my case was over when I had more questions and when difficult circumstances with this whole process came up. Not only did they take my case on without knowing what exactly was wrong with me, but they also treated me with so much love, respect, and tenderness that I felt safe truly talking to them about every struggle I was going through. Despite having my injuries creating a hard time for me communicating and remembering conversations, they went above and beyond to make sure that I felt as if I was heard even though sometimes I couldn’t find the words I needed to say. They learned with me the best ways to communicate, were patient and understanding when I asked the same questions numerous times because I would forget what they said or that I even asked them at all, and adapted with me as I progressed. They took their time with me and understood when I needed other people to be there with me for comprehension, they helped me find a work comp attorney and a completely different long term disability attorney when the time came that I needed those ones, they stepped up and communicated for me to the other attorneys when I had a hard time communicating with the others because of my injuries and the other attorneys’ lack of patience, and most importantly- they fought with me to the very end without ever wavering on the initial promise that they made to me in the very beginning “that they would be honest with me and that they would always keep my best interest at heart.” I truly can’t thank all of them enough for helping me through the hardest 5 years of my life and for going above and beyond in any and every way that they could because they knew I was struggling physically, mentally, and emotionally. The entire staff at FCHC are genuine people who are in this business because they want to help people live to fight another day. Out of all of the attorneys I had to work with through this process Mr. Hernandez (with Mrs. Heredia and the staff at FCHC by his side) was the biggest blessing in human form that I could have asked for. I honestly don’t know where I’d be right now if it weren’t for their diligence and understanding. Words will never ever be able to express my gratitude for what they have done for me and that God brought me to them to be on my team through this process. They are such special, truthful, and honest people and their hard work fighting for me is a debt that I will never be able to repay. All I can do is say thank you a billion times over and hope they truly understand how thankful and blessed I am because of their hard work, sacrifices, and caring hearts. I hope I never need to use an attorney again, but if I do I won’t ever call anybody else.
