All I can say is make sure you get reciets of everything yall pay them an make sure you get copy of your documents while in the process .. you don't want any mishaps to happen later on down the road.. .. I went threw a case a few years back .. I sent in eneverything I needed to an I remember clearly going into there office to give paperwork an how they are saying the do not remember.. how I have something haunting my record on behalf of there lack of following threw... an at that it only takes a few minutes to send the client a email... they sure don't have any issues receiving money from client but sure do like to take there sweet time on doing there part...cover yourself cuz that firm sure does..
