Have you ever wanted to be ghosted by a lawyer? Have you considered having a lawsuit and not having it settled? Have you ever wanted to call someone who doesn't have an answering machine for and eternity of ringing? Then do I have the guy for you.

I hired him in January of 2022 to probate my husband's will. It was a simple will that left all that we owned to me. I paid him the fee up front. I kept calling & asking if it was done yet & he kept putting me off. In July of 2022 I went to the courthouse & checked for myself & he hadn't even filed the will! I called him & told him I knew that he had lied to me & he said he had told his wife to file it but she didn't. He finally went the next week & turned it in. I STILL am waiting & he keeps on avoiding my calls. When I do get to talk to him he says it just takes time. I know this is crap because other family members have gotten the same sort of thing done in a few weeks & a retired attorney friend told me it was BS. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING!!

Even though the lawyer was not able to help me with my particular issue, he gave me good advice.

I paid a retainer fee and hired Mr. Hoffman for a work comp case. He doesn’t provide information or keep me updated. It has been 5 years and still no court date! I am starting to wonder if my case settled and he kept the funds. The case is less than 100,000 and perhaps it isn’t worth his time. He shouldn’t have taken my retainer fee if that is the case. I am currently taking the necessary steps to file a formal complaint with the board and to also file legal malpractice against him. Don’t hire this attorney, there are too many great attorneys in town that will value your business.
