Been waiting for over 2 months for an answer over rather or not he is goin to take my case . All I get is he is out of town and we will call you back Monday or Wednesday .How hard is it to tell somebody rather you are going to take their case or not .

Good probate attorney, I needed one asap and staff really took care of it all.

Saw Mr. Fischer's law firm on July 19th, they gave me a call on the 26th but I was getting ready to have x-rays done so I called the following Monday and they scheduled me in Tuesday for a 10am telephone appointment. He never called, I called the folllowing Monday and reschedule me for a Wednesday 10am telephone appointment. He never called again. Gave him a week to see if maybe he'd call, nope. Called last Monday and was set up for another telephone appointment Tuesday at 9am. He didn't call. I called at lunchtime and said that he can call me at 3 pm because I had errands after lunch. Still didn't call, So I called back at 4pm, said he never called and I don't want him representing me. The intake clerks passed so many messages to him and he failed to call. He called me the following day to apologise. So if you want him to call, tell him you don't want him representing you, other than that he won't follow up. The intake clerks are amazing. Time to move on!

Very unhelpful and the staggering lack of comminication is something awful when your case is time sensitive. There attitude is laxidazical. GO ELSEWHERE.
