My brother was charged with dwi sitting on his tail gate in a Walmart parking lot. This clown begged him to plead guilty. We fired him, after we paid him $5000, hired another lawyer and charges were dropped. DO NOT hire this guy. You might as well give your money to the prosecutor.

We hired him, my wife needs him, so far she loves him. He did spend a lot of time on the consultation with her, seems to know his stuff, shows compassion. I feel he's very good. We'll see how case ends up.

I paid him. It took 2 years for him to get the evidence that I went over and I decided to go to trial. The offer that I got from the D.A. was 9 years felony probation, for not committing a crime. He stepped down as my lawyer as I did not have the money to pay for a trial. He then became my court appointed lawyer. We went to court and the case was dropped due to lack of evidence. I think he would have done a good job if he was not so overwhelmed with cases.
