“Kim has confronted included: navigating through ratings, a point system that is morbid (loose half an arm, we pay you X, loose a hand we pay you y), battling insurance companies that are after the bottom line (not being at all concerned with your life), unscrupulous MD's who are willing to lie for a dollar or two, and, the crown jewel, adjustors whose IQ's are below zero. That is where Kim's job starts. She has offered containment in the face of distress, and frustration, as well as a word of advice that provided hope.”
