He failed to file my case and refuses and contact me back.

In the days before legal advertising most people found a lawyer by asking other lawyers who they should hire. That is still a good way to find an attorney because trial lawyers know who is at the courthouse, who works hard and who can be trusted. I'm a trial lawyer and I had an office in Port Arthur for twenty years, but I've now moved to Colorado. David and I have worked together on a number of cases and he helped me out today on another one -- so I decided to post a five star review to let everyone know what an exceptional lawyer he is. If you have been injured and are not sure what to do, you could not do any better than hiring David Dies. He is aggressive, compassionate, and scrupulously honest. And, most importantly to your case, juries love him. He knows the law and the judges he practices before. He has an exceptional staff. Their office runs like a swiss watch. I have met many of David's past clients over the years and they all like him and call him when they have a problem.
