Contacted Attorney Fitzgerald to take care of a short suspense need for a trust, lady bird deed, and miscellaneous legal advice on issues of elder law with a Mother unexpectedly facing a life change and entry into a nursing home with challenges of end of life along with the discovery of little previous planning.
