Lack of responsiveness and communication issues
“the communication from him is almost impossible to get him to respond, I've sent messages and it literally takes months to get him to answer...I've left messages and it's a question of luck to get a call back...”

Failure to follow through on client needs
“I told him we needed to modify the amount and fix it because I wasn't gonna be able to pay that. He told me 'first we need to close the case, and then after we can modify it' so the case got closed. A few days later I went to his office and told him when can we start the paper work for the modification, he said 'I no longer represent you, you need to hire another lawyer or do it through the child support office.'”
