Poor communication and responsiveness
“I wouldn't recommend self representing, although I had other legal advice to help me self represent. It was clearly a big mistake in my case. Go with a pro! And Attorney Aldape is really good!”

Lack of attention and care for clients
“Don't let the fact that he's also a judge fool you into thinking that he's actually an effective attorney. If you're looking for aggressive and responsive representation, you better look elsewhere. I never felt like Bernie really cared about my case, and he even said as much in citing 'other priorities' as the reason calls and messages weren't returned.”
