Shari is an absolute pleasure to work with. Divorce is an emotionally draining process, but Shari's clearly demonstrated expertise quickly extinguished the majority of my anxiety. Shari allowed for a consultation at a reasonable cost to determine if my case would be a good fit. She meticulously took down notes to put the pieces together, and various paths were laid out before me. This empowered me to still have control over the direction to move forward with. I much appreciated this, as it's important to consider the lifelong impact of the path taken. She was respectful that it is my children's lives, along with my own, that are impacted by decisions made. I retained Shari's services after the consultation. I came back fully prepared with all nessary records to reference, and Shari rapidly crunched numbers to arrive at child support and healthcare costs. Additionally, she frequently checked in to make sure the trajectory taken was aligned with what I needed. In addition to one-on-one work with Shari, she shined bright once again when it came to mediation. In what seemed like no time at all, she concluded the mediation with a very reasonable divorce decree. I was left feeling every stone had been turned, and an agreement was reached that had the ability to stand long-term, enabling a healthy relationship to continue between all impacted. Throughout the years, Shari continues to be very accessible, and shows sincere interest to help in any way she can. Called to ask about getting some assistance with a debt matter based on recommendation from Hyatt Legal website. Whoever answered the phone was very curt in responding that they don't do that. It's fine if they don't handle that type of case but it's not fine to be rude about it. Hopefully they practice law better than they do basic customer service.

7 months Ago: Shari started working on my case at the end of July after another attorney didn't care to help me and my family just cared about the money. So far she is the best family attorney I have ever had and I'm only writing a review right now because I can't believe how awesome she is. She works fast and puts her clients first. You want someone reliable that gets done fast hire Shari! UPDATE March 2021: Shari, is the most AMAZING Attorney I have ever Hired. Lost primary custody in 2014 I Lost hope cause I was told by many Attorney's it would be Impossible to get primary custody again. She didn't just give me hope she proved all the Attorney wrong. Child custody battles are tuff especially when the other parent refuses to Co-Parent and makes you feel un important. I am now the primary custododial parent again because of Shari 🙏 I finally feel like I can be the mother I always wanted to be to my children. Shari showed me that anything is possible and she made sure to show me how important my case was to her 🥰 so blessed to have found her! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE!

I had hired attorney with his knowledge that the case was in San Antonio, Tx and then after 1 year with the case and going to the doctors. Attorney Giddens said he can’t continue with my case because he doesn’t practice law in Baxter county. I think this attorney sold out to the other firm and that’s why he didn’t want to continue
