While communication was very poor after the initial consult (requesting call backs and not getting a call back) Erinn was still able to get me favorable results on a possession pg 1 case. She did spend a good amount of time with me to review discovery items. Seeing as this was my second time with the exact same charge within 5 years of each other. Erinn was able to get me 2 years deferred and 100 hours community service, which was the exact same punishment I received in 2016 for the same charge out of Galveston County. I believe punishment in Texas usually gets more severe with each charge not stay the same. With Erinn I beat a felony and was able to keep my nursing license. Don't expect a call back, but she will show up for you to court. If you have a simple possession case or a misdemeanor case I think you'd be ok with Erinn. I was able to make a payment plan.

As the over 50% of 1 star reviews should indicate, do not hire this attorney. I had hired her for a family case for which at the beginning I was given a rah rah speech on how I had a strong case (I very much did) to win and how she was going to represent me well. The retainer was collected and after initial work, there was over a year of absolutely nothing and she came close to actually messing my case up entirely. During that time I had emailed and called with no response from Ms. Brown for a 6 month period. She was very combative as were some of her people in her office. I never received any billing updates and ultimately had to fire her and hire a new attorney. DO NOT HIRE HER

I recommend AGAINST Erinn Brown, I just fired her for lack of response to voicemails and emails, and zero transparency on billing. Never received a single statement from them after they took my retainer. Ignored multiple requests for responses. Erinn and Cesar are the most UNPROFESSIONAL folks I've ever worked with.

I can’t rate her customer service but she didn’t offer any. I paid in full for an uncontested divorce almost 3 years ago and I’m still NOT divorced! I call, no return calls. I email, no response. Now she has an answering service so I know without a doubt I won’t hear from anyone in that office. I should have read the reviews first but I didn’t. It’s so bad, when my husband told his attorney who I hired, his attorney said “You don’t need me to beat her. She isn’t going to do anything. She’s a joke!” He was right. My husband, because I’m still legally married, did not hire representation and probably won’t ever have to. Do not hire her. Apparently she has more cases then she can handle. All of the 5 star reviews are from years ago. All current reviews are 1 star. This is so sad. I paid her $3500 and I’m going to end up hiring a new lawyer. I just want to move on with my life and maybe she doesn’t realize how this is affecting me, and judging by the reviews, several others.

I cannot tell you how much money I spend n the very expensive family law attorneys… almost a half million and it was unjust. I went to Erinn (and Cesar) and although court proceedings were delayed because of COVID- Erinn and her team helped me get my kiddos back. They helped me learn to encourage co-parenting with my ex and have helped my two beautiful daughters have both parents in their lives without contention!! Thank you Erinn Brown et al!

My wife and I called Erinn about a Child Support emergency we had. The Attorney General had seized our bank accounts and my wife's paycheck because of some back child support that I owed. It was truly an emergency. After listenning to our situation over the phone Erinn agreed to take our case and immediately went to work on it that same day. We just new our life was ruinned financilly. But Erinn kept assuring us that she was going to resolve this for us. That she had resolved several cases like ours before. Erinn jumped on our case the very same day of our call and never let up. She kept us in the loop as to what was happening the whole time and what our options were. After diligently fighting for us and making relentless phone calls to the AG's office. Erinn exceeded our expectations. After fighting with paying child support & back child support for over 25 years, Erinn was able to settle my child support balances to $0's Erinn, we thank you again for all that you did for us. For anyone reading this review. If you need a lawyer that will fight for you as if you were family. Erinns your lawyer.

We hired Ms.Brown for our custody case after another attorney really messed it up. She took care of all our requests and won the case. She and her staff were very prompt. We will hire her again if ever needed !!

Erin Brown is an aggressive and compassionate lawyer who takes her attorney - client relationship seriously. Erin gave me a good condition of installmental payment and helped me to avoid spending longer time in jail as my accuser and the prosecutor had wanted. My case was downgraded from "aggravated sexual assault" to ordinary civil right violation. She even visited my family in my absence and brought some provisions when my wife gave birth. That's incredible! For the kindness she exhibited to my family, I'll ever remain grateful. I will recommend her to anyone.

I highly recommend Erinn. Known her for many years. She has always been quick to respond, diligent and thorough when offering legal advice. She's helped our family out on several occasions when needing representation. A+, don't bother calling anyone else.

Ms. Brown is not only one of the most competent and well respected lawyer in the brazoria county area but she demonstrated a level of compassion to me and my family during the most difficult time of our lives. She did an excellent job of allowing me to voice my point of view and then a she showed me the law and how it applied to my point of view. Ms.Brown returned all my many phone calls and emails promptly. Answering the many questions I had about my divorce. She never made me feel like I was bothering her. Ms. Brown made me feel like family. She was genuinely concerned for me and my family. I would strongly recommend her to a friend or a stranger.

After a long ten months, Erinn really kicked butt and got me my kids Back home from their dads. Erinn was the second attorney I hired to work my case and as distrusting as I was in the beginning she really not only proved she had my back but she pulled through and got my kids home. I am proof that no matter how bad u screw up, I got my life together, was honest about everything and she left us with smiles on our faces and our hearts are full of so much love for her and her complete office staff!
