Shane Kersh and his paralegal represented my family over the past couple of years for custody issues. Both Mr. Kersh and Brenda were very understanding and supportive to our family’s situation. They were straight forward about what they could do and about what should be done. They went above and beyond to help not just myself, but to finding help for my daughter. For the first time, I felt as though someone cared and was fighting to do the right thing for my child.

At a time when there were a ton of questions and a lot of anxiety about what may happen, Shane and Brenda were able to assure me that they would fight as needed to ensure that I as well as my children would come out of this in a place where I wanted and what was in the best interest of my kids. And they did. From start to finish, they were very available and very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. Shane was aggressive when needed in ensuring that assets were divided appropriately. They were very forthcoming about what to expect. They were very honest. Great experience with this office in a not so great time in my life.

Mr. Kersh is an absolute shark in the court room, to say the least! He is aggressive and will make sure you get the outcome that you have so badly wanted since your first office visit. I would like to express my appreciation to the Rome, Arata, Baxley law firm. They did a wonderful job handling my case. I was injured due to defective equipment on a engine. After months of physical therapy, neck and back injections, neck surgery, it was determine I could not work as a locomotive engineer again. Bristol Baxley proved the railroad was at fault.
