Had a accident about a year ago in Louisiana with a Texas woman that hit me from behind .I quickly called Jonathan and he got right on the case , I know he’s a well known lawyer and he was probably busy most of the time but I felt like I was his only client from the attentiveness and the time he spent to ensure I was ok . He made my case hassle free with all the doctor appointments and scans , I didn’t have to call anyone all the appointments were taken care of and nothing came out of my pocket . He was able to not only take care of me but also my vehicle was fixed in a instant . At the time I was traveling to and from Louisiana because of work and I didn’t miss any time from work I was evaluated and seen by a health care professional and resumed to work on light duty till everything was settled and figured out .I can’t say how thankful I was to go with Jonathan he really treats the people like family , I would not hesitate to call him if was to ever get in a accident . And after it was all said and done with my therapy and my health I got a good lump sum . Thanks Jonathan you keep being the best man, God bless .

I was in an accident (rear-ended) in 2017 and was referred to Jonathan Silva. Unsure about it all, I decided to give him a call just to get some information and an hour later he had an Uber picking me and my passengers up to go get checked out. In that first conversation he told me if I ever had any questions that I could call him anyday, anytime. You know, you hear people say that all the time but don't really expect to hear from them again right?! Well, he meant what he said!! Anytime I had a question, whether it be about my treatment, an appointment needing to be rescheduled or even just an update about my case he was there to answer it for me! He may not have been able to answer immediately (he has other clients afterall) but he always text or called me back or had someone from his office return my call. Never did a question I had go unanswered!! And I was always treated with the utmost respect. I was so impressed with the way my first case was handled, and of course the outcome, that I hired him AGAIN when I was in a second accident in 2019. 2 years ago I was in a 18-wheeler accident, thank God for Jonathan being on top of everything that was needed for me and my family. If you’ve been in an accident and you want an attorney that will absolutely take care of everything, then Jonathan is your guy. I was in an accident back in April and my back was hurt. I called Mr Silva and I never had to worry about anything else. Him and his associates were more than kind and so responsive. Jonathan actually answered every text I sent him and when I called him he would always call back or have one of his associates call me. And I was more than pleased with the settlement. I was treated like royalty. I would recommend Johnathan Silva and associates to anyone. They took care of all my appointments and worked them around my schedule. Best Advice I can give thus far is... read the Bad Reviews. If there are several people expressing the same grievance... then go with that. Also in my experience... it is common practice to solicit FAKE REVIEWS to Up their Rating. Ex. Shane Kersh posted a Very Positive Review for himself acting like it's someone else... under HIS ACCOUNT. Definitely look somewhere that isn't the site Made By The Lawyer or For the Lawyer.
